Keighley Tyre Trouble Sorted at the Kerbside
Keighley sits where the Worth Valley opens into Airedale, and its roads reflect that. The A629 runs through the town, north to Skipton and south over the tops towards Halifax. The A650 starts here and heads down the valley past Crossflatts and Bingley towards Bradford, largely on the Aire Valley trunk road. Smaller roads climb out to Haworth, Oakworth and Oxenhope. A puncture on any of them is a nuisance; we take away the hassle by fitting the tyre where you are.
We cover Keighley at any hour, seven days a week. Most of the time we aim to have a fitter with you within 60 minutes, with a little extra allowed for the higher villages and the moorland roads.
Up in the villages, a garage visit can mean a fair drive on a tyre that shouldn't be driven on at all. Calling a fitter to the house avoids that. Give us clear directions if your road is hard to find, such as a lane off a main road or a farm track, and mention anything that might affect access, like a steep or unmade drive.
Reasons Keighley Drivers Call Us Out

- No towing to a garage and no waiting room.
- Free wheel balancing and free disposal of your old tyre with each fitting.
- New tyres backed by the manufacturer's guarantee, in budget, mid-range or premium.
- Card, cash or bank transfer accepted, and no hidden fees.

Think Twice Before Buying Part-Worn Tyres
Part-worn tyres look like a saving, but you rarely know their history. A tyre that's been driven flat, kerbed hard or left for years can look fine on the outside and still have hidden damage. On wet valley roads and steep hills, a tyre's grip and strength matter more than most people realise.
If you do look at part-worns, check the tread depth all the way across, look for cuts, bulges and old repairs, and find the four-digit date code on the sidewall (week and year of manufacture). Rubber hardens with age, so an old tyre with plenty of tread can still grip poorly. A new budget tyre with a manufacturer's guarantee is often the safer choice.
