Mobile Tyre Fitters Working in Tottenham
Getting around Tottenham by car usually means the High Road, the A10 heading north to Edmonton and Enfield, or the A503 linking Seven Sisters with Tottenham Hale and on to Walthamstow. Then there is the North Circular along the top of the area, which is quick when it moves and miserable when it doesn't. On match days near the stadium, side streets fill up and parking becomes a squeeze.
Wherever a tyre lets you down, a mobile fitter can come out to you rather than you hunting for a garage with a free slot. We operate 24 hours a day, every day, and aim to arrive within 60 minutes in most cases, though roadworks and traffic on the main routes can push that back.
Why a Mobile Fitter Makes Sense in North London
In a part of London where parking is tight and traffic is heavy, driving a damaged tyre across town to a workshop is the last thing you want. Calling us instead means:
- No extra miles on a bad tyre. The fitter repairs or replaces it where the car is standing.
- Someone experienced, sent from close by. We work with a network of 100+ fitters across England and Wales, and pick the one nearest to N17.
- The extras included. Wheel balancing and disposal of the old tyre cost nothing, and every new tyre has the manufacturer's guarantee.
- Straightforward payment. Prices are competitive and vary with tyre, time and location; you can pay by card, cash or transfer, with nothing hidden.
Tyre Jobs We Handle Around N17
- Mobile tyre fitting: a new tyre fitted outside your home off Philip Lane, at work, or on the street, with budget to premium options for cars and small vans.
- Puncture repair: where the hole is small and in the middle of the tread, we repair it. If it isn't safe to, we tell you why and swap the tyre on the spot.
- Van tyres: for the many vans working out of the industrial units around Tottenham Hale and Northumberland Park, fitted without the van leaving its pitch.
- Breakdown recovery: for a damaged wheel, a car that can't be moved under its own power, or a breakdown on the North Circular where working at the roadside isn't safe.
Districts and Roads Covered
We cover the whole of Tottenham, including Bruce Grove, Seven Sisters, Tottenham Hale, Tottenham Green, White Hart Lane and Northumberland Park. Our fitters also work in Wood Green, Harringay, Stamford Hill, Edmonton and Walthamstow, and on the A10, A503 and A406.

Speed Humps, Potholes and Sidewall Bulges
Residential streets across Tottenham are full of speed humps and cushions, and the main roads have their share of potholes and raised ironwork. Hitting any of these too fast, or clipping a kerb while squeezing past a parked bus, can crush the tyre against the wheel rim and break the cords inside the sidewall.
The tell-tale sign is a bubble or bulge on the side of the tyre, sometimes appearing a day or two after the knock. A bulge cannot be repaired and the tyre can fail without warning, so it should be replaced before the car goes back on a fast road. After any hard impact, take a minute to look at the outer sidewall, and turn the steering to full lock to see the inner edge of the front tyres too.
Taking humps slowly and straight, rather than at an angle, spreads the load across both tyres and is kinder to your suspension as well.
