Mobile Tyre Fitting in Farnham

A lot of driving in Farnham happens on two roads. The A31 bypass carries traffic east towards Guildford and west towards Alton and Winchester, and the A325 heads north to Farnborough and south through Wrecclesham towards the A3. Add the school runs, the commute and trips into the town centre, and there are plenty of chances to pick up a nail or catch a kerb. When that happens, you can stay put. A quick check takes a minute: push a 20p coin into the main grooves. If you can see the outer band of the coin, the tyre is getting close to the limit and is worth replacing soon. Look at the inside edge as well, because tracking problems can wear one side down while the rest of the tread still looks healthy. Most tyres also have small raised wear bars in the grooves; once the tread is flush with them, it's time for a new one.
