The A35 runs through on its way between Bournemouth and Southampton, the A337 comes in through Highcliffe High Street to meet it at a roundabout, and the Spur Road links north to the A338. If a tyre goes, slow down gently without heavy braking and pull as far off the road as you safely can, ideally into a lay-by or a gateway. Put your hazards on, get everyone out on the side away from traffic, and keep a torch and a high-visibility vest in the boot for exactly this.
