Your Mobile Tyre Fitter in Burgess Hill
Burgess Hill lies roughly halfway between Brighton and Crawley, and most drives out of town begin on the A273 or the A2300. The A2300 link road takes you west to the A23 at Hickstead, while Jane Murray Way, the western distributor road, carries traffic around the edge of the town. Inside, there's a mix of older streets near the centre, estates such as Folders Lane, and business and industrial parks.
When a tyre goes, there's no need to drive on it or wait for a garage slot. Ring us and a mobile fitter will come to you with everything needed to repair or replace it. We take calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and in most cases aim to be with you within 60 minutes, depending on where you are and how busy the roads are.
Business users are welcome. If a company car or van picks up a puncture on Victoria Business Park or at the Sheddingdean industrial estate, the fitter can usually do the work in the car park, so the vehicle is back in use without anyone having to leave site.
A Burgess Hill Call-Out, Step by Step
- Get in touch. Phone, WhatsApp or use the online form, and give us your location, the problem and, if possible, the tyre size.
- We assign a local fitter. The job goes to whoever is nearest and free among our 100+ fitters across England and Wales.
- The work is carried out at the car. A repair if it's safe, a new tyre if it isn't. Balancing is free, the old tyre is disposed of free, and new tyres carry the manufacturer's guarantee.
Card, cash and bank transfer are all fine for payment, and the price has no hidden fees added.

Wivelsfield, Hassocks and Around the Town
We cover all of Burgess Hill, including Leylands, the Folders Lane estate, the Sheddingdean area to the north and World's End, which runs over the county boundary into East Sussex. Nearby villages such as Wivelsfield to the east and Hassocks, Keymer and Hurstpierpoint to the south are also on our list, along with Hickstead.
We work in neighbouring Haywards Heath to the north and serve Brighton and Crawley via the A23.
Kerb Scrapes: When to Worry About the Sidewall
Parking on narrow residential roads often means tucking in close to the kerb, and a misjudged manoeuvre can leave a scrape on the sidewall. Most marks are cosmetic. Some are not, and it pays to know the difference.
Look closely at the scuffed area. A light graze on the rubber is usually harmless. A cut deep enough to show cords or fabric, a gouge, or any bulge means the tyre is no longer safe, and sidewall damage can't be repaired. Check the wheel rim too, as a hard knock can bend it and cause a slow leak or a vibration through the steering. If in doubt, ask us to inspect it before you drive any distance.
