Tyre Problems Sorted at the Kerbside in Bridgwater
Bridgwater has a motorway junction at each end: junction 23 at Puriton to the north, reached via the A38 and A39 at Dunball, and junction 24 at Huntworth to the south. Between them the A38 runs through town towards Bristol one way and Taunton the other, while the A39 heads west towards Cannington and Watchet. It's a busy place for cars, vans and lorries alike.
If you have a flat or a damaged tyre, we bring the fix to you. A mobile fitter can come to your drive in Wembdon, a street in Hamp or a car park in town, at any hour on any day. We aim to reach you within 60 minutes in most cases, depending on traffic and where you are.
Not every job is an emergency. Plenty of Bridgwater drivers book us simply because their tyres are getting low and they would rather have new ones fitted outside the house than give up a morning at a garage.

Bridgwater Wards, Villages and Nearby Towns
Our fitters cover Bridgwater's Bower, Eastover, Hamp, Sydenham and Victoria areas, and the edge-of-town parishes of Wembdon, Durleigh and Chilton Trinity. We attend call-outs along the A38, the A39 and both M5 junctions, including the area around Dunball and Huntworth.
We also reach North Petherton, two and a half miles south, Cannington to the north west and Puriton to the north east. Further along the M5 you'll find us in Taunton and Weston-super-Mare.
Building Site Tip: Watch for Screws and Slow Punctures
New housing is going up on the southern and western edges of Bridgwater, and anywhere there's construction there are screws, nails and offcuts on the road. A screw often stays lodged in the tread and seals the hole partly, so the tyre goes down slowly over days rather than all at once.
If you drive past building work regularly, make a habit of looking at your tyres when you walk to the car, and check pressures every couple of weeks. Should you spot a screw head in the tread, leave it in place, as pulling it out can turn a slow leak into a flat. Call us and the fitter will decide whether it can be repaired.
A repair is normally possible when the screw has gone into the main part of the tread and the tyre hasn't been driven on while flat. Running on a deflated tyre crushes the sidewall from the inside, and once that has happened the only safe option is a replacement.
