Mobile Tyre Fitting on Warminster's Doorstep
Warminster is a crossroads for west Wiltshire. The A36 bypass carries traffic between Bath and Salisbury past the town, the A350 shares part of the bypass before heading north to Westbury and south past Crockerton towards Shaftesbury, and the A362 links the town with Frome. A lot of that traffic is heavy, and the roads out of town quickly become open and fast.
If your tyre fails along any of them, or you come out to a flat on the drive, we can help. A mobile fitter comes to wherever you are in and around Warminster, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We aim to be with you within 60 minutes in most cases, depending on where you've stopped and the traffic.
We're happy to book routine replacements too, so a worn tyre can be changed on your driveway on a day that suits you.
Why Warminster Drivers Choose a Mobile Fitter
Waiting at the side of the A36 or driving slowly to a garage on a damaged tyre is no fun. Our fitter comes to you instead, and the work is done on the spot.
- A fitter near you: we pick the nearest available one from more than 100 across England and Wales.
- No extras for the basics: balancing and old-tyre disposal are free.
- Covered: the manufacturer's guarantee applies to all new tyres.
- Simple to pay: card, cash or bank transfer, with no hidden fees.
Our Warminster Tyre Services
- Mobile tyre fitting: premium, mid-range and budget tyres fitted at home, at work or beside the road.
- Puncture repair: a nail or screw in the central tread can usually be repaired; sidewall damage always means a new tyre.
- Van tyres: on-site fitting for vans and light commercials using the A36 and A350 for work.
- Breakdown recovery: when a car can't safely be repaired where it stopped, or the wheel itself is damaged.

Spare Wheel Tip: Respect the Space-Saver's Limits
Many cars carry a space-saver spare: a narrow wheel, often with a brightly coloured rim, meant to get you to a proper repair and no further. It usually comes with a speed limit printed on the wheel or a sticker, commonly 50mph, which is easy to forget on a fast road like the A36.
Driving faster than that, or for long distances, puts strain on the spare and on the car's braking and stability. The space-saver also needs a much higher pressure than a normal tyre, and because it sits unused for years, it's often found flat when it's needed. Check its pressure every few months. Once it's on, keep your speed down and call us to replace the damaged tyre as soon as you can.
Space-savers also affect how the car handles, especially under braking and in crosswinds, so leave extra room to the vehicle in front and avoid sudden steering. Many of the roads around here are open and exposed, so take extra care until the full-size tyre is back on.
If the car has no spare at all, there's no need to worry: tell us when you call and the fitter will bring a new tyre to put straight on.
