Welcome to Tyres Anywhere
Mobile tyre fitting in Woodstock, on both sides of the Glyme and along the A44 into Oxford

Tyres Fitted at Your Kerb in Woodstock
Woodstock is a small market town about eight miles north-west of Oxford, and the A44 that runs through it is how most people get in and out. Head south and you are in Oxford in the time it takes to listen to the news; the same road is the signposted route from the A34 and junction 9 of the M40 for visitors to Blenheim Palace, right on the edge of town. The River Glyme cuts a steep valley through the middle, splitting the town into New Woodstock and Old Woodstock to the north.
Narrow historic streets and on-street parking make it the kind of place where a sidewall gets scraped or a tyre picks up a nail without you noticing. When that happens, our mobile fitters come to you, carry the right tyre and do the job where the car is. We work round the clock all week and generally aim to be with you within an hour, depending on traffic on the A44 and where you are.
Why Woodstock Residents Call Us Out
Driving to a garage on a damaged tyre risks making things worse, and finding somewhere to wait in town isn't always easy. A visit from one of our fitters means you stay where you are.
- The job goes to the closest free fitter from a network of more than 100 across England and Wales.
- Every fitting includes wheel balancing and taking the old tyre away, both free.
- New tyres come with the manufacturer's guarantee.
- You pay at the end by card, cash or bank transfer, with no hidden fees.
Tyre Help on Offer in Woodstock
- Mobile tyre fitting: premium, mid-range or budget tyres put on outside your home or wherever you can park safely nearby.
- Puncture repair: a nail in the central part of the tread can often be repaired properly; a tyre scuffed open on the sidewall can't, so we'd replace it.
- Van tyres: for builders, gardeners and delivery drivers working round the town and its villages.
- Breakdown recovery: when a wheel is badly damaged or the car has stopped on the A44 where it isn't safe to work.
Old Woodstock, Bladon and the Villages Around
We cover both halves of the town, New Woodstock and Old Woodstock across the Glyme, together with the villages close by. Bladon lies about two miles south on the far side of the Blenheim estate, Wootton is a similar distance north up the Glyme valley, and Long Hanborough is a short drive to the south-west. Begbroke, Tackley, Bletchingdon and Kirtlington are also within our area.
Along the A44 and A4095 we reach Kidlington and Oxford, and to the south-west we cover Witney.
Kerb Tip: Scuffs on the Sidewall Need a Proper Look
Parking against high kerbs in old streets, or tucking in tight to let traffic pass, is a common cause of sidewall damage. Most scrapes are cosmetic, but some are not. The sidewall flexes constantly and holds the tyre's shape, and it can't be repaired.
After a kerb strike, look closely. A light scuff on the rubber is usually fine. A cut deep enough to show cords, a gouge, or a bulge appearing in the days that follow means the tyre should be replaced before you drive any distance on it, especially at A-road speeds. Parking a little further out, and turning the wheels straight once you've stopped, helps avoid the problem.
Alloy wheels show kerb damage too. A chipped or flattened rim edge can stop the tyre sealing properly and cause a slow leak, so mention any rim damage when you call and the fitter can check the bead seats correctly.
