Ebbw Vale is the largest town in Blaenau Gwent and the borough's administrative centre, at the top of the Ebbw valley. Sealant is designed to get you a short distance at low speed, not to be a permanent fix. Check the bottle's use-by date too: an out-of-date kit may not seal at all.
