Mobile Tyre Fitting for Cannock and the Chase
Cannock sits on the southern side of Cannock Chase, where Watling Street, the A5, crosses the A34 and the A460. The M6 Toll is right on the edge of town at the Churchbridge interchange, junction T7, which gives quick access to those three roads. It's a place where people drive for work every day, whether that's into Wolverhampton or Walsall, up to Stafford, or round the district between Chadsmoor, Norton Canes and Heath Hayes.
When a tyre lets you down, there's no need to find a workshop with a free bay. Our mobile fitters travel to the car and carry out the repair or replacement on the spot: on your drive, in a work car park, on a quiet street in Bridgtown, or at a safe stopping point on the main roads.
We're on call 24/7 and, in most cases, we aim to arrive within 60 minutes. How long it takes depends on traffic and where exactly you are.
A Straightforward Call-Out, Start to Finish
The first step is a call or a message. Tell us your location and what's wrong, and read off the tyre size if you can; it looks like 195/65 R15 and is printed on the side of the tyre. We then give the job to the nearest available fitter in our network, which has more than 100 fitters spread across England and Wales.
When the fitter arrives, they'll look at the tyre and tell you straight whether it can be repaired. If a new one is the safer option, it comes with the manufacturer's guarantee. Balancing and disposal of your old tyre are free on every job. You pay at the end by card, cash or bank transfer, with no hidden fees added on.
What We Offer Cannock Motorists
- Mobile tyre fitting: budget, mid-range and premium car tyres fitted at your home in Wimblebury, your office or a shop car park.
- Puncture repair: a repairable puncture in the middle section of the tread gets fixed, so you're not paying for a tyre you didn't need.
- Van tyre fitting: for the many vans running along the A5 and A34, fitted on site so the round or the job carries on.
- Breakdown recovery: when a wheel is too badly damaged to fix in place, or the car has stopped somewhere unsafe.
Cannock District Areas and Neighbouring Towns
We cover Cannock town centre and the communities around it: Bridgtown, Chadsmoor, Heath Hayes, Wimblebury, Norton Canes, Rawnsley and Hednesford. Our fitters also work the A5, A34 and A460, and the M6 Toll around Churchbridge.
Further out, we help drivers in Rugeley, Stafford, Walsall and Wolverhampton.
Van Driver Tip: Set Pressures for the Load You Carry
If you drive a van for work, the right tyre pressure isn't one fixed number. Most vans have two sets of figures, one for an empty or light load and a higher one for when it's fully loaded. They're usually on a plate inside the door frame or in the handbook.
Running a heavily loaded van at the light-load pressure makes the sidewalls flex and heat up, wears the shoulders of the tyre quickly and can lead to failure on a long run. Check the pressures cold, before you set off, and adjust them when the load changes significantly. It's also worth checking the load index on the tyre itself matches what the vehicle needs, especially if a previous replacement was bought in a hurry.
